I had a great stay at Bobby Hotel, with a fantastic location near Broadway and some awesome rooftop views. The lobby was quirky and fun, with Hairy, the dog ambassador, adding a special touch. However, I was disappointed by the lack of housekeeping during my visit, especially given the price I paid. Overall, it was a nice experience that I'd love to repeat!

Rooms
8.0
My King room was spacious and well-designed, but it felt a bit empty due to the lack of furniture. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the cool shower, but I expected more cozy touches.
Service
8.0
The staff here really stood out for their attentiveness and friendliness. From the front desk to the rooftop bar, they were super helpful, though I did have some hiccups with housekeeping.
Location
9.0
Bobby Hotel is perfectly situated about an 8–9 minute walk from the heart of Broadway. It offers a quieter atmosphere while still being close enough to all the downtown action. I felt very safe during my stay, too.
Dining
8.0
Dining options were nearby, and I enjoyed the drinks at the rooftop bar and the lobby. The cocktails during happy hour were a definite highlight of my stay.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had some great facilities like a rooftop pool area, but I was disappointed that it was closed during my visit. I also noticed that basic room facilities like a coffee maker were missing, which seemed odd.

5.4/10

I had a pretty good stay at the Bobby Hotel overall, mainly thanks to its excellent location and beautiful decor. The room was lovely, though there were a few minor issues like uncomfortable pillows and some cleanliness concerns. However, the staff was fantastic and made my time there enjoyable, which makes me inclined to return in the future.

Rooms
8.0
The room was nicely decorated and clean, but the pillows weren't comfortable, and there were a few stains on the sheets. The lights in the room could have been brighter too, and some outlets were not charging properly. Overall, it was a nice space just with some little details that could use improvement.
Service
10.0
The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They offered great dining recommendations and were quick to assist whenever I needed. I particularly appreciated how accommodating the valet was, making the whole parking experience smooth and easy.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location is fantastic! It's just a short walk to Broadway and Printers Alley, making it super convenient to explore Nashville's vibrant scene. Plus, it's far enough away from the noise to still feel relaxing in the evenings.
Dining
8.0
I ordered room service once and found the food to be delicious. The hotel also has a cute coffee bar downstairs for breakfast options. Overall, dining at the hotel was a pleasant experience.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offers decent facilities including valet parking and a rooftop bar that was nice for drinks. However, I wished there were some additional amenities like coffee in the room or a more spacious pool area; it got crowded quickly when I went.

6.6/10

My stay at Bobby Hotel was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Broadway, and I loved the rooftop area with its stunning views. However, the lack of housekeeping during my three-night stay was quite disappointing, especially considering the price. I expected more attention to basic services during my visit.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious and well-designed, creating a comfortable atmosphere. However, I found the lighting a bit dark, which made the area feel less inviting.
Service
5.0
Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful, particularly at the rooftop. But the lack of housekeeping, which I had to chase after repeatedly, was frustrating and affected my overall experience.
Location
9.0
This hotel is perfectly located near Broadway and Printer's Alley, making it easy to explore the best of Nashville on foot. I appreciated that it was close to the action yet still offered a relaxing atmosphere.
Dining
7.0
While I enjoyed the dining options, including the delicious Hot Chicken Sandwich, it's worth noting that the restaurant menu was a bit limited and not very conducive to room service.
Facilities
6.0
The rooftop and pool area were beautiful, with great views and a fun atmosphere. However, I was disappointed that the hotel bar wasn’t available for part of my stay.

6.2/10

My stay at Bobby Hotel had its highs and lows. While the rooftop bar igloos were a fantastic experience with killer views of the Nashville skyline, the service fell short in some areas, particularly with food options and room issues. The staff were friendly, but there were moments that felt disorganized, which put a slight damper on my visit.

Rooms
8.0
I booked a Deluxe King Room, and while it was beautifully appointed, the view from my supposed 'balcony' was a huge wall. On the upside, I got switched to a much nicer room without a balcony that felt more spacious.
Service
7.0
The service felt a bit inexperienced, especially at check-in. There were some hiccups, like a mix-up with laundry services. However, I appreciated the staff's willingness to help with my requests and their friendly demeanor.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is prime, just a block from Printers Alley and close to top attractions. However, the atmosphere felt a bit lacking, especially compared to the bustling vibe I expected in Nashville.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were a letdown during my stay; the main cafe and bar were closed for two days. I did manage to enjoy a meal at the Union Tavern, where the food and service impressed me, especially the ribeye steaks and friendly server.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were decent, but the lack of room service was a bummer. I had to head out late at night to grab food, which was not ideal. The rooftop area and unique decor are nice, though.

5.0/10

My stay at Bobby Hotel was a mixed bag. While the hotel had a stunning design and good location near Broadway, the lack of service and amenities left much to be desired. The cafe and bar were closed during my visit, creating a rather lifeless atmosphere, and the interaction with staff was sometimes hit or miss.

Rooms
6.0
The room was stylish but felt a bit sparse and not very cozy. My 'balcony room' had disappointing views, yet I did get a nice alternative room when I asked for it.
Service
5.0
The staff were generally kind but inexperienced and not particularly helpful when issues arose. I faced challenges with room service, and communication was often lacking.
Location
8.0
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Broadway and other attractions. However, the hotel lacks local buzz, making it feel a bit disconnected from the vibrant energy of Nashville.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited as the cafe was closed during my stay. I had to go offsite for coffee and food, which wasn't ideal, especially since I expected more choices.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities like room service and the rooftop bar were lacking in operation during my stay. Access to the pool was also limited, which could be attributed to a crowded atmosphere.
